PWS OBTAINS EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS TO REPRESENT FINNCONT’S ENVIRONMENTAL SOLUTIONS ON THE SWEDISH MARKET

The agreement will enhance even further the Swedish market position that PWS Nordic AB has in solutions that support the circular economy.

PWS, a leading manufacturer in the Nordic waste and recycling solutions industry, is proud to announce an exciting development in its partnership with Finncont. PWS has obtained exclusive rights to represent Finncont’s innovative environmental products, Blok2 and Luowia, in the Swedish market. This strategic agreement further strengthens PWS Nordic AB’s position in the Swedish market, where the company is committed to promoting sustainable solutions that support the circular economy.

For the past year, PWS and Finncont have successfully collaborated in the Finnish market, with Finncont serving as the exclusive distributor of PWS containers and collection systems, including the Quattro Select, Bio Select, and Duo Select systems. The results of this partnership have been nothing short of fantastic.

PWS’s Managing Director, Dan Håkansson, expressed his enthusiasm for the extended collaboration, stating,

“We are now taking the next step and deepening our collaboration further. Finncont’s high-quality environmental products, Blok2 and Luowia, are excellent additions to our range of underground and semi-underground containers in the Swedish market,” says Dan Håkansson”, says PWS Managing Director Dan Håkansson.

Jyri Partanen, Finncont Group Managing Director, also shared his thoughts on the collaboration:

“Cooperation with PWS will improve Finncont’s presence in Sweden. Since the warehouse is in Perstorp and a sales team represented all over Sweden, it will enhance the security of supply that Finncont has in the Swedish market,” says Jyri Partanen, Finncont Group Managing Director.

As a Nordic operator, Finncont’s product development is rooted in addressing the unique challenges of arctic conditions in the North. This agreement with PWS further underscores Finncont’s commitment to being a local presence and enhancing the sales organization it has in Sweden.

Finncont, a recognized expert in the circular economy, operates from its locations in Virrat and Lahti, pioneering the development of collection, storage, and transport solutions for various materials. The partnership between these two industry leaders responds to the growing demands of the rapidly evolving circular economy, particularly in the areas of source separation and effective fulfillment of recycling obligations.

PWS (part of ESE World) is the leading manufacturer of collecting systems for final waste and recycling materials in Europe, offering a wide range of wheelie waste bins, including the Quattro Select, Bio Select, and Duo Select systems.
