At an early stage, PWS began to work on environmental issues and sustainable development and today we are the market leader in the Nordic market. PWS offers a high level of service and advice before, during and after delivery. With high quality and innovative logistics services for container usage, we offer full service through collection of old containers, distribution of new containers, as well as identification and registration when emptying.
We only partner with leading providers of identification systems. Based on customer preferences and our experience, we find the best system for identification of containers, based on cost savings, flexibility and future profitability. We provide support throughout the implementation so that the system works smoothly and satisfactorily.
Fast delivery of spare parts
After delivery, you may need assistance with spare parts. PWS has its central warehouse in Sweden, close to the market. This means that it is possible to get fast deliveries of both spare parts and selectable additions.
Information to subscribers
PWS also has the opportunity, on behalf of the client, to provide relevant information material before the change of containers or delivery of selectable additions. The basis for the information already exists and is adapted to the client’s profile.
Collection and recycling of containers
ORGANIZED, FLEXIBLE AND EFFICIENTLY
PWS takes care of old containers, usually when new containers are distributed. The containers are cleaned and grind down. The recycled granulate is used to manufacture new containers in our own factories in Germany and France.
PWS began early with its environmental policy and using high quality recycled material for the manufacture of containers. So far our parent company ESE has collected and recycled over four million old containers. This means that we are already meeting the targets for future European waste directives.
This has enabled us to become the leading supplier in the market for organized collections of old containers. Our range of container collection services includes planning, user information and implementation. We offer efficient and smooth handling. During the collection we can also use our mobile recycling units that take care of old containers immediately and on-site grind them into granules in an environmentally friendly manner.
Distribution of containers
Effective and accurate deliveries
Today, there are increasingly efficient ways of distributing containers, using modern IT technology. PWS can organize and distribute containers to subscribers. The contractor provides a file containing information about the subscribers’ addresses and the type of containers and size they have chosen.
With these data as a basis, PWS can map and plan the entire distribution. As part of the quality assurance, each container is provided with a barcode containing all information about the container’s destination. PWS can then connect the subscriber to the bin’s RFID tag and where the bin is located, this information is sent daily to the customer for implementation in their business system, which PWS has extensive experience of administering for everything from small test areas to large areas that include several municipalities.

Transponder keeps track of emptying
Today, there is every opportunity to keep an eye on the containers and when they are emptied. All containers can be delivered with transponder or upgraded with the accessory later.
The cleaner’s receiver detects the signal from the transponder when the subscriber’s container are emptied. The registration can display information about the subscriber as well as the date and time of the emptying.
